I've shipped via DPD, value of goods was under 20 so not really to declare .... after two weeks I received a bill from 37 !!! Well, that has cost shared with me the customer .... but these customs stories are a terrible WirrWarr and until a competent answer, one may well fall off the ear of telephonic!
