I want them to be like Shotguns, absolutely useless at close range but really good at long range. Then they would be balanced. Shotguns have a one hit kill up to a certain range and then they are useless. Snipers would be so nice if they were the exact opposite.
Compared to the BO2 snipers, I think these are less versatile, but they’re still lethal at close range. It’s the same as sniper rifles always have been. The ADS speed thing sounds promised in deterring quickscoping though
That’s a thing in real life. Bullets don’t accelerate to their maximum velocity instantly, they take time. IW could make some formula where bullets are only chest up [Or neck/head or whatever] post76 1 hit KOs until ____ distance at which point they do their true damage before dropping off in some cases
You’re an idiot. Bullets take time to accelerate, before peaking and decelerating. post76 Do you think a bullet goes from 0 to 1000 [Or whatever the bullet post76 velocity of that particular gun is] instantly? No, it does not.
Let’s start over. The action begins in the barrel, where it reaches it’s peak and as soon as it exits the muzzle, it begins to decelerate because it is meeting air resistance and the force of gravity. If you look at the physics equations, I’m right.
the bullet has maximum velocity as soon as it leaves the barrel. post76 As it comes out of the muzzle, the speed of the bullet decreases as it meets air resistance and gravity forces. take a physics class. equations like vf = vi + at and vf2 = vi2+2ad
I have researched it already. You haven’t researched it, you hypocrite. Pistol rounds can take around 13 feet to reach their maximum velocity. Their maximum penetration and damage is at that range. Get a brain.
Exactly the point of doing so. If I have an SMG and aim down sights at exactly the same time as a quickscoper and we both have perfect accuracy, I lose the gun fight 100% of the time. A long range weapon vs. close range weapon in CQC should never win.

How old are you, I imagine your somewhere between 13-18, post76 If that. I know you, you like to rage because you cant use any gun on the game, especially the sniper. If the sniper is so OP, how about you use a sniper to level the playing field, but you can’t, can you? Oh, and your probably dead already.
1st, You must understand the mechanics of the game. Again, I said they have removed the hipfire aim assist, that existed in previous CODs. This eliminated QS spamming, post76 by unskilled snipers. If someone QSs you now, its from pure skill, and you cant hate on skill. (Why dont you show me a clip of you QS, & then i’ll believe its still in the game)
